The coaching approach is unique

Coaching is the missing piece in the support structure for today’s leaders.

What does coaching look like in action?

A coaching partnership typically begins with an initial conversation. This is followed by the intake session.

From there, coaching happens through 1:1 meetings, 1-2 times per month, over a 6 to 12-month period. Coaching conversations are generated by the leader’s chosen goals. Conversations are driven by the leader’s agenda, even when circumstances call for an immediate shift in attention and priorities.

Coaching is not the same thing as business consulting or training. It is a non-prescriptive, non-directive form of developmental help.

“Coaching” and “Coach” are buzzwords so...What is a Coach?

Ideally your coach is:

Professionally trained, experienced and credentialed, and adheres to established industry ethics and standards such as those set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Within the professional coaching community there are different types of coaches. I am passionate about the “pure” coaching model which represents the heart of the profession and separates it from other forms of help. My passion for this method comes from witnessing its effectiveness for clients I have worked with over the past 20 years.

Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
